By accessing floridaimpactshield.com or requesting services from Florida Impact Shield, LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. SERVICES

Florida Impact Shield installs hurricane impact windows, doors, and related hurricane-hardening products for residential and commercial properties in Florida. We are a licensed Florida Certified Building Contractor (License: CBC1265XXX).

2. QUOTES AND ESTIMATES

In-home estimates are free and non-binding. Written estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing may change due to material costs, permit fees, or changes in project scope after the initial assessment.

3. PERMITS AND COMPLIANCE

We obtain all required building permits on your behalf. Work is performed in compliance with Florida Building Code, Miami-Dade NOA requirements where applicable, and all applicable local ordinances.

4. WARRANTY

Our workmanship carries a 2-year labor warranty from the date of final inspection. Products carry manufacturer warranties (typically lifetime limited for impact windows). Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to info@floridaimpactshield.com.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment schedules are specified in your signed contract. Deposits are typically 10–50% depending on project size. Balance is due upon substantial completion. We accept check, ACH, and major credit cards. Financing is available through our third-party lending partners.

6. CANCELLATION

You may cancel a signed contract within 3 business days of execution without penalty (Florida consumer protection law). After the rescission period, cancellation fees may apply as outlined in your contract.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific work that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. COMMUNICATIONS CONSENT

By submitting a quote request or contacting us, you consent to receive communications from us via phone, email, and text message regarding your project. You may opt out at any time by contacting us at info@floridaimpactshield.com or replying STOP to text messages.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

10. CHANGES

We may update these Terms. Continued use of our Site or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
